As a church, it is our desire to help hurting people in a hurting world. We desire to walk alonside those needing to expereince the light and love of Christ, but also acknowledge that first step may be intimidating for some. We are happy to provide to following community resource links for those seeking help beyond that which the church may be able to provide.

  • 211 Brevard

    From hello to help, 211 Brevard provides immediate assistance and connects people to community resources in times of personal, financial and community crisis. Trained specialists are available 24/7 when people call or text because they don’t have enough to eat, can’t pay rent, need COVID-19 testing or struggle with thoughts of suicide, plus much more. Specialists actively listen and offer information on resources to meet needs such as food, utility bills, housing, mental health, substance abuse, primary health care and disaster.

  • Love INC of Brevard

    Love INC is a shared ministry of partner churches working together to walk alongside people in their time of need. Our desire is to help you connect to emergency and long-term resources available in our community. Love INC receives referrals from our church, business, agency and ministry partners. Love INC is not an emergency resource and cannot provide money for financial needs.

  • Salvation Army Melbourne

    The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.

CITA's mission is to inspire true life transformation for the homeless and hurting in our community by sharing the Gospel and compassion of Jesus Christ, while providing shelter and intervention through faith-based, life changing support.

  • New Life Mission

    New Life Mission (formerly Brevard Rescue Mission) equips homeless mothers with the skills and knowledge to transform their families in a Christ-centered environment. Through education, accountability, and goal advancement, our organization empowers families to become self-sufficient. New Life Mission works to permanently break the generational cycle of homelessness by providing homeless women with children housing, access to health care, transportation, education, nutrition, job training, and life skills education in a safe setting. Since opening its doors in 2009, over 135 homeless families have found the help they needed at New Life Mission.
